Los Angeles based clothing designer Cari Sterling has been creating fun, functional & affordable "clothing for people and their pets" since her interest was first sparked after noticing the lack of cool, rock 'n' roll inspired gear for dogs. So after attaining a degree in fashion and costume design at The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising Cari combined her love of fashion with her love of animals and Thread Hounds was born.
Pulling from her background in the arts and adding a dash of teenage rebellion, Cari blends humor and fashion into eye-catching clothing that begs for attention. Parents will feel proud while walking their pets and Fido will no longer shiver on his way to the park.
